How helpful and informative the staff was with anything I needed. When I called the front desk about the poor quality of my room upon check in they were super friendly about switching my room. The cleaning staff was also very sweet when I asked one of them for extra things since I didn’t stay long enough for room service!

The Room was large, comfortable and clean. It had a large refrigerator was a nice change from the norm and the location had plenty of parking and was minutes from my son.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very polite, helpful and met all my special request, and wasn't rude at like most hotels. I enjoyed my stay it was quiet peaceful thank you polite guy at the front desk.

I did like how close it was to base Cleanest place we have stayed at in Jacksonville ( my boyfriend is in the marine corps so we are up there at least ones a month to see him) I loved that the rooms had a kitchen area Good water pressure and plenty of hot water I would definitely stay there again

I like how clean it was and how it had a little kitchen and nice size refrigerator. Will definitely get a room here again. And I love that it is pet friendly.
